Processing Time

Processing times will vary based on order specifications (custom requests) and times of the year.  In general orders ship within 3-5 business days.  If an order will not ship within that time frame you will be notified asap. 

Processing time does not include shipping time.  Please choose the shipping option that best suits your needs at checkout.

USPS 

USPS Estimated Delivery Time (Not including Order Processing Time)

• USA - Within 3-5 business days
• Canada - Within 4-10 business days

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Your order goes into the production que almost immediately so that we can provide you the best service. Cancellations or changes may be possible if you make the request before production has begun.  Please email hello@euforiajewelry.com to inquire.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Please ensure that all of the information you have provided when placing an order is correct.  Euforia Jewelry is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses and cannot offer refunds or replacements in these instances.
